Marah Pinnolis
LICSW, M.Ed
Life can be overwhelming, I get it. I understand that feeling of not being enough and how it can lead to anxiety, pressure, and difficulty with trusting yourself.
I am committed to helping individuals feel better about their decisions, relationships, and themselves. I have worked as a clinical social worker in schools, universities, and private practice with individuals who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, perfectionism, body image concerns, and relationship issues.
I work as a holistic therapist and align my work based on your individual needs. Some of the therapy frameworks I use most are relational, attachment-based, psychodynamic, somatic, mindfulness-based and cognitive behavioral (CBT).
